Filling out that form will allow them to send you more detailed information about what their school can offer you. Please note that this does not obligate you in any way. If you're doing initial research into what schools might be best for your particular career or degree goals, this is about the easiest way imaginable to find the information you need - and you can find it all online from your own computer.
